Description
Designed for use with all LocoNet-based systems, these dual-control throttles now feature an improved user interface for simpler operation and wireless remote control with your choice of infra-red or radio signals. With two sets of controls, you can easily run two separate trains, multiple-unit lash-ups or mid- and end-of-train helpers. Since each controller is an encoder rather than a traditional potentiometer, you’ll have much finer speed control. Units now feature click encoders to simplify controlling speed, direction, emergency stop and loco recall, as well as a multi-line, backlit LCD display that puts all the information where you can see it. Units are battery powered and operate approximately 6-8 hours on fully charged NiCad batteries or 10-20 hours on alkaline batteries. Both also function as tethered throttles simply by plugging into LocoNet.
