This is a Micro-Trains 05500590 N Scale Southern 33′ Twin Bay Offset Side Hopper #106730. This 33’ twin bay hopper with offset sides is black with white lettering and runs on Bettendorf trucks. Built in October 1948 for Southern Railway, hopper was an AC&F standard design and rode on friction bearing trucks. Southern Railway was a Class 1 railroad until 1982 when it merged with Norfolk & Western to form Norfolk Southern.
