Description
The LokSound by ESU LokPilot Micro V4.0 is a tiny but powerful DCC decoder for N and TT Scale locomotives. The LokPilot Fx V4.0 is a multi-protocol DCC, Selectrix or Motorola decoder. Available in all common plug and interface versions such as 6-pin NEM651 (with or without cable harness), 8-pin NEM652 or the wireless Next18 interface version, LokPilot Micro is Capable of fitting in tiny spaces – it measures only 13/32 x 5/16 x 3/64″10.5 x 8.1 x 2.8mm.
The LokPilot Micro V4.0 supports 14 – 128 speed steps and two and four-digit addressing. It supports all DCC programming modes and can be operated and programmed with all DCC compatible digital command stations. Motorola users can use up to 28 speed steps and 255 addresses and the decoder can detect Marklin brake sections. Programming using the Marklin Control Unit 6020, 6021 and more recent command stations is supported. The LokPilot Micro V4.0 is a dual-mode decoder and can be used on analogue DC (and AC) layouts.
The LokPilot Micro V4.0 decoder is equipped with fifth generation load compensation. The control frequency can be adjusted for silent drive with most motors. The decoder has two function outputs with 150mA load each, and two more non-amplified outputs are available for lighting effects. LED mode ensures the decoder recognizes it is operating LEDs. PowerPack 397-54670 can be used to maintain smooth operation over momentary power interruptions such as dirty track. RailCom Plus equipped command stations automatically recognize LokPilot Micro V4.0. LokPilot Micro V4.0 is part of the line of ESU LokSound decoders.
