BTS (Better Than Scratch) 23000 HO Scale Oil Drum Rack w/Drums — Kit. There are many structures that are more complex than a simple detail casting, and yet much less work than the easiest small building kit. They are the things that can be finished in just one evening of model building. We call them One-Niters. This is a laser-cut wood rack with two white-metal oil drums. Each package contains two rack/drum sets. This is a genuine BTS (Better Than Scratch) product.
